Choose a quick 3-hour rental or keep the fun running all day! We arrive early to set up and return after your slot to pack everything away, so a noon-to-3 PM booking really does give you three full hours of bounce time.
Our crew handles every step: delivery, anchoring, safety check, and takedown. Grass is perfect, but we can secure units on concrete or asphalt with sandbags and tarps. All we need is a standard outlet within about 70 feet (plus a hose for water slides).
We accept cash or card and will collect payment on the rental day. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund; last-minute changes may incur a fee. If weather turns unsafe before setup, we’ll reschedule at no cost, but once a unit is in place, the full fee applies.

How long can we keep the Bump-N-Jump?
You’ve got two options: a quick 3-hour party or an all-day bash. Just remember, we need some time to set up and pack up. So if you book from 12 PM to 3 PM, it’ll be ready to bounce at 12 and we’ll start packing up after 3.
When do I need to pay?
Booking online? You can pay right away or on party day – your choice. Booking by phone? We’ll collect payment when we arrive at your event. We take cash or card on the spot.
Who’s handling all the heavy lifting?
That’s all on us! Our Bump-N-Jump crew takes care of delivery, setup, and takedown. For safety reasons, we can’t let customers DIY it – but hey, that means less work for you!
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, we get it. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your event and you’re good. Any later than that, and we might have to charge a fee.
Where can we set It up?
Grass is ideal, but we can work with concrete or asphalt too. We’ll bring sandbags and tarps for those harder surfaces. Thinking about dirt or gravel? Give us a call first – we’ll need to check if that’s doable.
Do you deliver Out of town?
You bet! We’ll give you a custom quote based on the day, distance, and setup needs. Our mileage fee is $0.75 per mile. These out-of-town rentals are usually all-day affairs. Good news: we offer discounts for weekday bookings outside of town, so give us a call to learn more!
Do I need to supply anything?
Just a power outlet within about 70 feet of where we’re setting up. Each blower needs its own 10-amp circuit. If you’re going for a water slide, make sure we can hook up to a water source.
What if it rains?
We keep a close eye on the weather and we’ll let you know if things look dicey. Safety’s our top priority, so we might need to reschedule if conditions aren’t great. But once we’ve got everything set up, the show goes on – rain or shine – and the full fee applies.
Can Bump-N-Jumps be used indoors?
Absolutely! Lots of our Bump-N-Jumps work great inside. Just give us a call to chat about the space you’ve got in mind.
